NSCIL was founded in 1954 by Helen B. Lewis and group of community members who recognized the need for a local organization dedicated to helping children.

Our team is made up of dedicated volunteer professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of those we serve.
Our Mission
The mission of the North Stafford Community Improvement League is to support children and youth in the North Stafford, Virginia area through sports themed and related programs and activities designed to educate, teach critical life lessons and build character.
